The development process starts well prior to any planning application, with concept designs, sketches and property plans, budgets and timescale projections, presented in a formal, concise and understandable manner.
We can engage at each level with the requisite parties, be they neighbours, other family or business members, planners, builders and investors if and when required.
Brook Estates can and have managed builds and project realisation, though this is not often our primary aim, with much of the consultancy based business being home or land owners wishing to understand the cost, schedule and implication of a potential project, without the added agenda over and above the initial concept.
