Brook Estates are currently engaged in building signature property developments in the Lincoln, Lincolnshire Wolds and surrounding area. Each of our projects is marketed independently.
We often operate on a Joint Venture basis, with Brook typically acting in a project management and stakeholder co-ordination capacity, and the ‘hands on’ build being undertaken by trusted, local and experienced builders, each site having the benefit of many years of experience and offering premium build warranties.
